Chefs in the Classroom is thrilled to announce our very first fundraiser dinner—An A+ Evening—happening Sunday, October 5th at Humo Izakaya in downtown Kelowna.
This one-of-a-kind event will bring together food lovers, community supporters, and some of Kelowna’s most talented chefs for an unforgettable evening of food, wine, and celebration. All proceeds go directly to supporting our hands-on Grade 3 program, which teaches kids where food comes from, how to grow it, and how to cook it.
What to Expect
- Five Courses, Five Chefs – A lineup of Kelowna’s best chefs will each prepare a signature course, celebrating the season’s harvest and highlighting the local ingredients that make the Okanagan such a rich food region.
- Wine Pairings – Each course will be paired with exceptional local wines to enhance the flavours and showcase the best of our valley.
- Silent Auction – Bid on unique items and experiences generously donated by our community partners.
Why Attend?
By attending An A+ Evening, you’re not just enjoying a night of incredible food and wine—you’re investing in the next generation. Funds raised from this dinner will help provide lesson kits, seeds and soil for classroom gardens, farm field trips, and the kitchen tools that make our program possible.
Every ticket sold directly supports our mission: to inspire kids to grow, cook, and eat healthy local food.
