We kicked off April with International Carrot Day on April 4 and celebrated this versatile vegetable all month long!

Carrots boast plenty of health benefits for kids due to their high vitamin, fiber and antioxidant content.  They are not only brimming with essential nutrients but their sweet taste and crunchy texture make them a favourite for kids of all ages.
